Subject to your full compliance with these terms, Cardea authorizes you to view the Site, make a single copy of it, and print that copy, but only for your own lawful, personal, noncommercial use, provided that you maintain all copyright, trademark and other intellectual property notices contained in the Site, and provided that the Content, or any part thereof, is not modified.

The Content of this Site must not be copied, distributed, altered, or made available to third parties for commercial purposes. Some Site pages also contain images copyrighted by third parties.

Cardea encourages and permits links to Site. In addition, you may not use the Site to solicit subscribers to join other online information services that are competitive with the Site.


The trademarks, service marks, designs, and logos (collectively, the “Content”) displayed on the Site are the registered and unregistered trademarks of Cardea and its licensors.


The Site may contain links to sites on the internet that are owned and operated by third parties (the “External Sites”). You acknowledge that Cardea is not responsible for the availability of, or the Content or software applications located on or through any External Site. You should contact the Site administrator or Webmaster for those External Sites if you have any concerns regarding such links or External Sites.

Cardea does not and cannot review generally the content posted by users of the Site (“Users’ Content”) and is not responsible for such Users’ Content. However, Cardea reserves the right to cancel your access to these areas and/or delete, move, or edit any Users’ Content (including messages posted in any forum) that it may determine, in its sole discretion, violates the Terms of Use. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland without reference to the principles of conflicts of laws thereof.
